  Two days in a row now I have had a "Sorry we missed you" post-it left on my mail box and no knock on my door. I have been home at the time of delivery that is listed online via the tracker, and have been waiting for my package to arrive. I work during the one solitary hour they are open a day, and there is no option or way to let them know to just drop the package off. Not sure why they aren't even knocking on my door to begin with. The whole thing is very frustrating.
